is the Greek word for herbs. It is pronounced vó-tan-na. Chamomile is a “daisy like plant” with little white flowers that makes a very aromatic and healing herbal tea. It relieves nervous indigestion, colic, bloating and gas. It also has anti-inflammatory properties.

SERVE
